PARENTS understand that the obligation to pay all amounts in full is a joint obligation of the parents and/or guardians of the student who sign this contract. The obligation is unconditional and no portion of any such amounts designated in this contract will be refunded or canceled because of absences, holidays, vacations, withdrawal, or expulsion except as set forth in this contract.
A child is permitted to attend the Florence Brownstein Preschool as long as they can function within the structure and ratio of our classes. If on a regular basis, a child requires the individual attention of a staff member to function in his or her class, the teacher FBP Director and parent will meet to determine if there is a way to allow the child to remain at the FBP. If it is determined that the child requires additional supervision to be able to remain the FBP, it is the parent's responsibility to arrange with the school district or cover any expense for the additional supervision of the child.
PARENTS agree to accept and abide by all the rules, regulations, and decisions of the FBP including without limitation its statements of policy as it now exists or may from time to time be amended. PARENTS further acknowledge that PARENTS have received, read, and understand all rules, regulations, and statements of policy.
PARENTS hereby give full consent and permission for the student enrolled pursuant to this contract to participate in all activities offered by the FBP to its students. PARENTS agree that the FBP is in no way liable for any accident or injury which said student may sustain in conjunction with any such activity or by the bus transportation service to and from field trips or child's destination.
PARENTS agree that the Florence Brownstein Preschool has permission to provide that which FBP's judgement considers necessary medical attention at their expense. PARENTS will provide emergency phone numbers to the FBP.
PARENTS agree to provide permission to allow their child to be photographed at the FBP and for the photos to be used in the FBP yearbook, the synagogue's website, synagogue bulletins and general media sources.
PARENTS understand that the deposit given is NOT REFUNDABLE, and NON TRANFERABLE. The deposit will be applied to the final Preschool payment.
PARENTS give permission for their name, address, telephone number and email to be included on their child's class list.
FBP reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration and enrollment at any time for reasons of health, safety, or emotional challenges which the school deems any endanger the welfare of the children. In such event, tuition will be pro-rated for the period attended, unless termination is due to non-payment of tuition. In that instance, PARENTS will make payment in full payment by April 1st of that year.
